Q: Do you have more floorplans than what is shown online?
A: We do! We didn’t have space to showcase every floorplan on our website, but we have several studio and 1 bedroom layouts to choose from. Call or email us for more details.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: We allow pets on a case by case basis. Contact our office to learn more.
Q: What utilities are included in the rent?
A: Your rent includes water, sewer, trash, and high speed internet.
Q: What’s nearby?
A: We’re located at 423 Plum St in Cape Charles, which is within walking and biking distance to the shops and restaurants downtown, and the Town Beach.
Q: When can I take a tour?
A: We’d love to show you around our property. At present, all tours are by appointment. Just give us a call!
Q: I’m moving from out of state, and I’d like to get everything set up before I move. Is it possible to make arrangements before arriving to the area?
A: We frequently work with people relocating from all over the country. We try to make your move as easy and stress-free as possible, and can take care of the leasing process electronically. To start the process, check out our application page!
